Healing Possessiveness Anger, and Jealousy
My short message for today is to accept the parts of ourselves that we do not want to admit are still there, rearing their ugly heads in the most unusual times.
I know there are still parts of me that I sometimes choose not to embrace because, after all the work I have done to resonate not just with one piece of the puzzle but the whole puzzle of my existence, which sometimes is beyond my understanding.
I admit that I still carry the lower-level emotional frequencies of jealousy, anger, envy, and sometimes I am possessive over certain connections.
Our connections shape who we are, both as individuals and as a group. If the universe is an extensive system exploring itself, we should ask: What role do we play in this process? Are we just observers, or are we actively participating and sharing our thoughts and feelings? This prompts me to reflect on the purpose of all our relationships and actions within the universe.
I try to always speak as ‘we’ and ‘our’ because we are all connected through time and space, and everything we can conceive of through our thoughts is also a reflection of our energetic attachments with other souls.
As we begin to understand ourselves better and explore our spiritual growth, we often ask an essential question:
What does it mean to connect with a twin flame or high-level soulmate?
As we examine our energetic relationships more closely and strive to understand the unique energy bonds we share with specific individuals. These are connections which can evoke strong emotions, challenge our perceptions of love, and prompt us to confront our deepest fears and desires.
Recognizing the presence of a twin flame or soulmate can be both exciting and overwhelming, prompting us to wonder about the lessons we need to learn and the changes that may come our way.
Healing the Possessive Energy
The idea of possession energy connects to the acceptance of “Free Will” in a “Twin or High Level soulmate” connection.
There are times when we can believe these special relationships mean that we own our partner in some way. This belief can lead to jealousy and possessiveness, making one partner feel that their twin flame or soulmate belongs only to them.
When we give our energy to lower energetic frequencies, such as being angry, being superior, being possessive, or even being envious of other connections in our lives, it leads to a lack of respect for individuality and a lack of exploration of other connections outside of twin or soulmate life experiences.
In my experience, I have found it crucial to focus on mutual growth and respect for each other’s individuality. To not focus on myself and my needs, wants, and desires, but to recognize my own emotions as separate yet still connected, especially with a “Twin”
I recently wrote a story about how we are all parts of the whole, and we are all twins to each other in a spiritual way.

While these connections can be powerful, it is essential to remember that each person remains an individual.
I often talk about twins and soulmates. It’s important to remember that everyone we meet is a soulmate.
How we interact with others and our experiences shape the energy we allow into our lives.
The energy we bring into our lives has a significant impact on our experiences and helps to shape our path and discover our “Purpose.” Positive energy, such as love, gratitude, and passion, can open up new opportunities and enhance our relationships with others.
On the other hand, negative emotions and energy, such as resentment, fear, jealousy, and envy, can not only create obstacles but also slow our growth.
My question is whether we are actively inviting energy into our lives, or if we are simply following a predetermined plan or soul contract that we agreed to long before our incarnation on earth.

I question whether the situations I face are the result of my choices, or are they shaped by a larger, cosmic plan that I don’t fully understand?
It interests me to consider how much of my path is shaped by my conscious decisions compared to the agreements I made at a deeper, soul level. (Soul Contracts)
I refer to “Dolores Cannon in my stories because I have read and listened to her books, and what she says deeply resonates with me.
This is a belief shared by many people, particularly those introduced to the energetic work of Dolores Cannon.
We live on this planet as active participants in a fantastic journey. Our journey is similar to the explorations described by Dolores Cannon’s insightful book. All our lives are connected to the mysteries of the universe, which leads us to seek a more profound understanding and self-discovery at a particular time in our lives, often during a period of awakening.
Each moment unfolds like a page in a grand narrative, inviting us to reflect on our purpose and the connections we forge along the way. She noted that “Earth is a school for learning lessons and releasing karma,” emphasizing that our time here is about healing parts of our consciousness that have yet to embrace the essence of unconditional love fully. The Earth school theory believes that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, not humans having a spiritual experience. So who we are is our soul, not our identity.
Reflecting on this perspective, I have come to believe that my purpose is twofold:

Two: Explore the meaning of unconditional love deeply, first for myself and then for those around me. My journey involves not only understanding and resonating with the teaching but also embodying the lessons that will ultimately lead to universal healing and compassionate connections with others.
As I delve deeper into my sense of self, I come face-to-face with a complex mix of emotions. There, I confront the anger energy that often simmers beneath the surface, and “I can compare it to looking into the rear mirror of a car.” ( Except I am the car or vehicle that is taking me through my life experiences)
Observe the anger, but do not act impulsively; let it linger and sit with you until that emotion has been fully observed. If you try to push this energy away, it will always return more powerful and destructive than before.
Embrace it thoroughly, then release it through a cleansing breath, and then take one last look back. Release the anger energy that you have transmuted into a positive state, and then move into the present moment with the higher frequencies of love and above. Alongside it, I grapple with frustration energy, an ever-present shadow that clouds my perspective and hinders my progress. These emotions coexist with feelings of unworthiness that seep into my thoughts, whispering doubts about my value and place in the world.
I have associated this energy with the same energy as anger, and I recall my link to transmute energy, which I liken to “looking into the rear mirror of a car.” It all comes back, everything I need to do to transmute this energy, and then slip back into the present moment of peace and harmony within myself and in my environment.
Jealousy and envy also find their way into this emotional landscape, surfacing when I compare myself to others and their achievements. Again, I remember to “Look into the rear mirror of a car” using the same energetic reactions as with anger and frustration, because in our 3D reality, they most always appear together.
Each of these feelings carries a distinct vibrational energy signature and reflects cycles that have repeated throughout my life, karmic patterns that I recognize but struggle to break free from.
I am committed to my journey of healing, growth, and becoming the best version of myself that I can be. I’ve dedicated significant time and effort to understanding the spectrum of these emotions, unravelling their roots, and addressing the underlying beliefs that sustain them.
This work on my “Self” is not easy; it requires no-holds-barred introspection, honesty, and a willingness to face uncomfortable truths about myself and to solve the issues that arise by accepting, allowing, observing, and releasing with gratitude the lessons I am learning to overcome.
Yet, with each step I take, each book I write, each story I share, each breath I take, I feel increasingly empowered to transform these feelings and release the patterns that no longer serve me, allowing for a healthier and more fulfilled version of myself to emerge.
