I found out the hard way what Not to Do when you are trying to publish a book on Kindle Direct Publishing.
It started with creating video tutorials step by step for people to follow on how to create and build an Affiliate Marketing Business for Beginners. Beginners, as right, I am a beginner. So I did tons of research to learn all the relevant and important knowledge that I would need to teach other people what I learned.
Long Story short I created the E-book with 29 videos and as little text as possible here is the link ( This was my thought it would be a video ebook and I did not need to add a lot of text (As People could watch the video)

This is Free I do not want to attach strings and I will not bombard you with emails for other products as is the way of most (Really Successful Affiliates). You know the experienced kind where your email is one of the thousands and sometimes millions. That is not me and I do not do that kind of Marketing it is annoying to me.

I inherited the writer gene I think from my Great Grandfather who was a writer. I have this uncanny ability to weave tales and allow your imagination to take over.
The Ebook was created in PDF and I thought that was the way it would be uploaded and turned in a Kindle Accessible Story. Boy was I wrong I started doing more research since I created the ebook in https:canva.com

I found out all this information after I created the Ebook so I thought all I had to do was take out elements that were not necessary to the Information. The heavier it is the longer it takes to upload.
So To Continue with the Story I finish editing this Ebook Size is 8.5 x 11 inches .I go over to KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing )and I create an Account I do research for the best Title and I spend 1/2 of a day designing the Cover even with a premade template.

Everything is going good fill out all the information do More research for Title and Description in Google

Finish this All and I am ready to upload my Ebook now remember this is the first time I am uploading the Ebook so it is still 8.5 x 11 in PDf Form ( What a mess) DO Not Try it
So now I am discouraged all the extra work of changing the thumbnails to match and making sure the title subtitles and text are the same size for 31 pages. I do some more research and look for convert PDF to Kindle Size.

So that is when I resize to 9X6 take many elements and make sure each page is centered. Each Page had to be edited and all the images had to be resized. After Hours of Work I discover (You Guessed it)

A Free Kindle Create a downloadable program that I can use to convert the PDF so I thought (Wrong Again) The Kindle create will only convert doc or Docx which is found in Word. Crap I do not use Word so more research I go to Google and type in convert pdf to doc this program comes up
PDF to DOC Converter — PDF to Word — freepdfconvert.com so I click into and it looks like it is going to work and I sigh but Remember nothing is free so I give in and buy a test trial for $2.95 Canadian for 14 days and then it is something like $44.95 every two weeks (with the thought I will try it and see if it is it worth the money. So now I have my PDF Converted to Doc Now I can finally use the Kindle Create Program


So I install the Kindle Create Download Here and now I am Ready Finally
So I upload my ebook that is now in the right format Word Doc and I wait for it be converted to the Kindle Ebook Reader Style. I think to myself is this it Could it be this easy?
When it is finally uploaded I realize that there is not enough text and some of the video images are what you would call inline images and cannot be edited and Instead of reading the Help Manual I think oh this is easy I don’t need to read anything. Should have read the help manual it tells you what you can and cannot do. While at least I figured out how to take the inline images and separator bars that I put in out.
This is what the Kindle Create does not do Yet. (It does do a lot and is very helpful in most cases.

As I am looking at this Ebook I am realizing there is at least two weeks worth of work that needs to be done. I will continue this story at another time when I feel like writing. Thank you for reading

In making mistakes and learning how to do things right. I have discovered the following about the Kindle Create .
I am on a new Journey of Creating a Kindle Ready Ebook. Wow, it is a lot harder than I thought it would be. It becomes easier every day once I have acquired the right knowledge in which I share with you the reader
I have this terrible need for perfection that not a lot of my audience knows about because some of my videos are not perfectly done.
I use cut/paste and copy/paste in a lot of my written work and it makes it go faster and easier to create. I also use Google Voice Typing. Okay that helps but here is the difference (A Big difference in Editing in the Kindle Create
You have to know the keyboard shortcuts (You know the old way of memorizing key functions working on the Kindle Create Canvas it is similar to working on a canva.com canvas.
Although you cannot move anything around with the four-headed arrows. You cannot change the size by aspect ratio. Too Many differences to mention them all

This is important there is an UNDO AND REDO ARROW located in the TOP LEFT-HAND CORNER Know where it is so you do not accidentally DELETE something and then think you have to START OVER
The program will remind you every 5 minutes to save unless you click the save in an hour ( Just a Friendly tip)


Then you have your formatting the Element
You have to highlight the Element to format
You have 3 choices of fonts and you can change the Size and Color use the Bold Italics and Underline. Set the Font Face use the advanced options for Upper Lower and Title Case Strick through and 2 X which are 2x smaller on the bottom of the sentence or smaller on the top

Apply the Drop Cap
Indents and Spacing

(Tooltip Number One if you click on the Cascade formatting changes for elements ) It will use the same changes for all the elements that are the same type such as Title SubTitle and First Paragraph
