To begin this story let’s go back around 2weeks ago that is when I realized that my Channel was not going to Survive in 2021 so I checked my Analytics and found the most popular uploads
Two of my most popular videos were using a Tablet and Cell Phone
I looked at my most popular videos and see which videos were the ones that people were looking at and were allowing me to have watch time hours so as you can see the popular videos cover different Topics it’s not just about one simple topic Except How to Create a Playlist with your Tablet the other Marketing Video Maker Using your Cell Phone and Tablet
I realized that I needed to pay more attention to the analytics if I wanted my channel to survive. The Most views were when I used the Mobile compared to the Computer step by step videos on the Youtube Channel.
For the People who do not pay attention to your analytics or feel your channel is too small That is just not true. Analytics is very important and the enormous amount of information that you get can help you to decide in the direction to take your YouTube Channel for 2021
So for the New Year of 2021 decided that I was going to start doing all of my video tutorials using A Mobile. I chose this direction is because of the following reasons.
More people were online, more people meant more competition online, and also the internet wasn’t as strong as it used to be as more people were using it than ever before. (Do You find the Internet Slower I do)
I needed to focus more on what was producing views what was I doing that was actually making sense at this time and two of the things that I noticed that I was doing and also saving me time in editing and processing a video were using the mobile/cell/tablet with the InShot – Video Editor & Photo Editor – Apps on Google Play

YouTube videos when you do step-by-step video tutorials could take half a day could take a day or could take more than a day depending on what you’re doing and what you want to add to the video uploading editing and then processing in Youtube Studio (That was Then)
The Uploading and Editing could be done faster the processing could also be done with the Mobile Once you were used to how to navigate through the desktop site and into the Youtube Studio Into the Dashboard then to Content etc.
In order to utilize the time the best way that I could to make things easier faster but still relevant interesting and giving value to the follower or the subscriber was to start creating my videos using the mobile/tablet/cell phone
I was not having to sit at the desk and have only the desk area to work with when you work with your cell phone you can work Anywhere Anytime and Anyplace and that was my biggest motivation for changing my channel to feature only mobile /tablet/cell phone with new step-by-step tutorials
One thing that I noticed was even though there were a lot more people online and even though I was going to be more competition a lot of channels with being terminated and many people lost their channels. At the beginning of 2021 is when I noticed that I lost over a hundred and fifty subscribers in a matter of not even a week.
This was just the beginning because I noticed that people even my subscribers were not watching my videos plus videos were not on any of the recommended lists. The only really popular videos were done in the past as far back as a year.
That is when I decided that I was going to start using only my cell phone because I have other programs that I’m also working on it is not just about YouTube I am still in Affiliate Marketing I still have Many WordPress Websites and I have other programs that I am working with and I realized that I needed to revisit the other programs that I was working with that I really didn’t have a lot of time for (in the past)because I was working most of the time on my YouTube channel
Time to make a Change to Survive Online Like My Title Says
I really do not see a financial future in a YouTube channel and that is the reason why I looked at other programs and other social media in order to be able to create an Affiliate Marketing business for the Average Person who is a Beginner and does not have a lot of money to start one with.
I mean everybody wants to save money and when you can save money and earn the money and actually begin to show a profit that is when you are actually starting to make money is when Affiliate Marketing is Working for you.
Some people need to memorize to make content
Some people can listen and talk and make content
Some people need to type everything out first
Some People can just make content on impulse
Some People need to type and then create content
Some People like to copy and paste to make content
Some People like to write everything down and make content
It does not matter where you fit into the categories of People You can do this either on your computer or your cell phone or tablet. Anywhere home outside in a car on a bus or train on a plane. Anytime 24–7 AnyPlace Comfy Armchair Sofa Bed Desk Kitchen Bathroom Garage etc.
Learning how to use your Cell Phone and really getting to know what your own Cell Phone is Capable of doing. (You would be surprised I have a Samsung A71 and when I started making all the videos on my Cell I discovered a lot of Options and different Apps Installed on the Cell right from the factory. Take a minute or two and check out your own cell phone and see what it’s capabilities are and how you can best use them.

Okay so that I saw this brings me back to my story about how I am changing YouTube channel topics so that every new video that is step by step that I am creating will be done using a mobile device.
I will be looking at the cell phone itself what brought programs it has installed on it especially for the week a Samsung 8 which is my cell phone and also I will be looking at what programs I use that save time and money.
Programs I can share with people to show people how to create content Faster Easier and also cost-efficient (Cheaper) which is very important
You can say I’m not worried about the price or I can afford it so I can afford that that’s not the point. The point is if you can save money then you’re making money if you are spending money that you don’t need to spend then you are not making money you are just overspending and until you actually see results in your business you are not making money at All
So getting right down to the brass tacks as to what the foundation is to create either a YouTube Channel or to create any type of Social Media Content that you are Constantly sharing with people whether it is looking for Follows or Subscribers or Likes Metric used to determine the watch time hours for your Channel etc
The content that you are creating needs to add value needs to give a solution to answer a question. Has to be interesting and allows a person to learn something of value to their life or their business
For Affiliate Marketing these are my observations so far.
This is especially important in 2021 after a year of that we have gone through in 2020 there have been a lot of changes that have been happening, yes there are a lot more people online and yes there is a lot more competition as far as Affiliate Marketing goes and also another thing to realize is that the merchants are pickier about who they want to promote their Products and Services. Because there are more people turning to Affiliate Marketing there are more Companies Creating Affiliate Marketing Dashboards with Relevant and Use Options for the New Affiliate Marketer to Utilize and be Successful. The Social Media Outlets are Creating More User-Friendly Creator Studios to all more Integration with other Social Media Outlets. Giving the Average Person more of an opportunity to Crosspost and get their message and or Business /Affiliate Links Out to the Masses.
So why is it important to get your Affiliate Link/Business Link out to the Masses?
No Traffic No Sales No Money
These are my observation about Creating and Maintaining a Youtube Channel
I see it getting Easier to create a Youtube Channel and Harder to Maintain and Keep the YouTube Channel Growing
It is the easiest it has ever been to create a Youtube Channel but watch out and read the TOS and make sure you follow the guidelines because without notice your Channel can and Will be Terminated. You can appeal but then that is more time wasted.
Youtube has terminated a lot of channels, you may have lost a lot of subscribers you may not get as many views as you may be gotten in the past and you may not see what your watch time hours going well there’s a couple of reasons for that right now but a lot of them will probably change here in the next couple of months there are quite a number of people who are going on YouTube creating YouTube channels and offering their affiliate link and sometimes that works and sometimes Youtube Terminates the Channel
Youtube does not like Affiliate links Period if you put an Affiliate Link that leads the Viewer Off Youtube and into another Platform such as Amazon your Channel can be terminated without any reason other then not following the guidelines. (This has happened to me with one of my channels )
I personally do not see a Financially Independent Lifestyle if I am just creating content for Youtube ( That is only my opinion and you may be different )
However, I did start creating this Channel and I would like to finish this Channel and I would also like to make it to become a YouTube Partner (or would I )
see I’m not really sure about that because is it really worth it for you to create your videos and especially if they’re step-by-step and you want to be able to give value for free . But if people don’t have YouTube premium and they’re going to be looking at ads on your video especially when your video starts getting more views or when you become a YouTube Partner is that what you really want
In the long-term maybe yes you want to make money with YouTube but you don’t want to make money from people who really do need to have the information that you are giving out but cannot really afford to pay for (Just Saying this is true for me )
This is one of the reasons why I like medium because I can use my Google Docs use my voice typing create a new story simply by sitting why my computer using the voice typing with my Google Docs and create a story and that’s what I’m doing right now
So today this is what the story is about I will give you all of the detailed information and all the tips tricks and secrets that I have learned to create content for my YouTube channel
I realized a while ago how much easier it was just to create the content on the cellphone. However, in 2020 I was still making videos step by step using my computer why because it was easier for me? Just because it’s easier for me doesn’t mean that it’s easier for somebody else who is actually having to use a Mobile Device.
So I started making videos using my Mobile Device so that I can create a Level Playing Field for people who didn’t have a computer and wanted to create their content
I needed to find a way to still build the Youtube Channel as well as Maintain the WordPress Website and Revisit the Other Programs and Social Media Marketing App Available Online
I would create step by step videos on the Mobile Edit through the Inshot App and Upload them to Youtube for Processing and Ranking
That is when I created this video on how to Create a Playlist Using your Tablet Updated since the other one did so well (I was wrong)
This is a new video that was produced using only the Cell Phone Let’s See How this does
I will try to keep the videos under 15 minutes as any longer than 10 minutes people could get bored so right to the point no Fluff.
In Conclusion for this story on my main Youtube Channel @DIY Affiliate, most of the new videos will be created using only my Cell or Tablet
I will cover topics such as Youtube Studio using the Desktop Site and Chrome. Affiliate Marketing Using Your Mobile. Best Editing and Post Creators Apps for Mobile. Creating Websites using Mobile and much much more.
I will also do impulsive videos such as for example a new video being made on Fido Refer a Friend ( I will check first If I can do it by mobile)
